The North Lady Cougars delivered a clean sweep last night after traveling to Dawson Middle School, and are looking forward to being back at home next week!

The C Team started out the night with a bang winning 26-9! Full of energy, and that familiar determination we have seen out of them all season. Angela Theriault capitalized on every opportunity, scoring 15 points. Katie Kroft showcased some quickfire defense with 2 rebounds and 3 steals. This team always a treat to watch, and last night was no exception. Great job ladies!

The B Team was off to a slow start last night, down in the first quarter 2-8. However, with great defensive efforts everyone on the team was able to contribute to their finish of 24-17. Every team member averaged 2 rebounds and 2 steals. The B Team was ultimately able to break things down, run their offense, and pull out a win. Excellent job working together as a team!

By the time the first two games wrapped up A Team was pumped to get on the court. With Avery Shortino sinking 2 three-point shots, and the team scoring 12 points in the first quarter. Kelsey Clark finished as the high-scorer of the night with 9 points, and defensively Kylee Brandenburg was solid with 5 rebounds. It was a competitive game until the very end, with the Lady Cougars coming out on top, 28-26. This team has remained focused on the task at hand every week, and we commend them for their tenacious spirits!
