North had their first home game of the season hosting Hillwood. The A teams were up first and controlled the game. North’s defense and passing were on point. Unfortunately a fluke ball was able to get pass North’s goalie in the last two minutes of the game. Giving Hillwood a 1-0 victory over your North Cougars. The player of the game goes to Abigail Hollas who was able to set the tone with her defense and amazing passes.

Next up were the B teams and your Cougars were up next and it was a back and forth game at the beginning. Eventually your Cougars settled down and were able to find their rhythm. Kate Sierra had both North goals giving your Cougars a 2-0 victory! The player of the game goes to Ainsley Ingram with her amazing cross and all around great effort.
