Scoring was tough to come by in the third quarter, but strong defense kept the Cougars within striking distance as they trailed just 15–14 heading into the final period.

The fourth quarter belonged to North’s defense. The Cougars held West scoreless in the final frame, making key stops and turning defense into offense. North did just enough on the scoring end to pull ahead and secure an 18–15 victory.

Led by Garrison Gamet, who scored 9 points in the period, North surged ahead and carried a 43–36 advantage into the fourth. The final quarter featured plenty of action on both ends, but the Cougars stayed composed down the stretch and closed out a 61–55 victory.

Mason Hotle led North with 20 points, while Garrison Gamet added 15 points, all coming in the second half. With the win, the Cougars improved to 4–0 on the season and now set their sights on a highly anticipated showdown with the East Broncos next week.
