Monday night the 7B football team played a team from Irving Travis due to a cancelation by Keller. The Cougars looked sharp in winning 34-0. Brooks Kaiser opened the scoring with a 48 yard TD run followed by Connor Imwold recovering a fumble in the end zone and the Cougars took a quick 12-0 lead. Just before halftime Dillon Slaton scampered 48 yards for a TD to make the score 20-0 at half. In the 3rd quarter Matias Leon found Asher Siebenmann in stride for a 41 yard TD pass and catch on 4th and 25 to make it 28-0. And on the last play of the game David Oyekanmi scored from 15 yards out to make the final score 34-0. Both 7th grade teams will play Hillwood on the road next Tuesday night starting at 5.
