The Cougars traveled to Bronco territory to close out their season on Monday night. They battled, but in a rowdy environment, came up short.
The C team kept it close most of the night, but a lopsided 3rd quarter, in favor of East, was the difference. Evan Meekins had another great outing, pouring in 13 points on the night. The Cougars blanked the Broncos in the 4th but only came within 6 points.
The B team game was very exciting from beginning to to end. The game bounced back and forth with multiple lead changes and both teams having successful late game runs. The Broncos hit a 3 pointer as time expired to seal the victory, 33-30.
