The C Team wrapped up their season against crosstown rival Coppell Middle School East with a 20-11 win. These girls proved that teamwork goes beyond what’s happening on the court as all ten girls contributed to their successful season. We as coaches could not be proud of the support they constantly provided each other, and how far they have come in the game of basketball as a whole this season. We cannot wait to see what this group does in the future as basketball players, and athletes! Season Record was 9-1.

The B Team started off strong, and never let up ultimately beating the Broncos 29-14. Executing some new offensive plays was huge for this group, even more impressive was their defense with 25 rebounds and 22 steals as a team. This team came with a lot of prior basketball knowledge, but that never stopped them from wanting to build upon what they already knew. Week after week asking to add something new to their bag of tricks, they showed true passion for the game. Looking forward to watching this group thrive in the game of basketball. Season Record was 8-2.

The A Team started off rusty with passing errors and easy missed shots, giving the Broncos a lead in the first quarter. Switching gears rapidly, the lady cougars ended the game with a total of 34 steals and scoring double digit in the 3rd and 4th quarter with a 43-27 win. Neerali Kapadia lead the team with 10 steals and 8 points, followed by Lauren Bennett with 8 points. Each player was a great asset to this team’s overall success, teamwork, motivation and determination throughout the season. Season Record was 6-4.
