Your Lady Cougars played the Hillwood Chargers last night and had a clean sweep, with all teams earning a victory. The ladies have learned so much this past week, and the ladies did not hesitate to show this off last night. The coaches are so proud of all of the ladies, as they all played a part in last night’s victory. C team player of the game was Mia Magnacca for her consistent serving and passing on the back row. B team player of the game Naomi Nickell for her consistent serving and dependability on the back row. A team player of the game is Riley McDonald for consistent serving and dynamic swings.

While 8th grade C team lost in 2 sets last night, their overall performance was a 100% improvement from the week prior. Player of the game is Ashlynn Porter for her all around play and consistent passing throughout the match. B team secured a victory last night by beating the Chargers in three sets. Player of the game is Kaitlyn Hickman for her outside and back row hitting, as well as steady play to help her team secure the win. A team lost in 2 sets but showed huge improvement in their transitions and defensive positions. A team player of the game was Molly Williams for the second week in a row. Molly is the team libero and has earned that red jersey with her defense, recovering out of system plays, speed in picking up those 'impossible' balls and setting the tone of a game with her ball control skills.
