Last night 8th grade did a great job of showing up and giving a great effort. A team opened with a strong performance in the first set with 2 killer blocks by Ainsley Bramer and another by Audrey Pham. We lost momentum in the 2nd set, but overall a successful performance. Players of the game were Audrey Pham and Ainsley Bramer. B team lost in 2 sets but had some notable moments throughout the game. Player of the game was Hemi Riojas for her smart setting and proving to be the team leader with her court awareness and vocal support on and off the court. Player of the game for C team was Christina Esedebe-Arwora for her consistent jump serve, defending Medlin's hitters and showing a huge improvement form last week.

7th grade B team was able to secure a win in 2 sets which was a major boost to their confidence. Players of the game were Emylyana Reyes for her stellar setting and showing that she is a true leader on her team. B team player of the game was Caroline Berumen for being unbeatable on the back row, picking up every ball coming her way. A team player of the game was Jacey Lackey was her awesome performance as a BIG middle and her overall leadership on her team!
