Your North Cougars hosted Trinity Springs and looked to keep the momentum from last week’s victories. The C teams played first and came out strong taking a 8-6 lead into halftime. Trinity Springs had a huge third quarter and out scored your Cougars 10-5 in the third. Your Cougars never stopped battling and made it close down the stretch, but fell just short of a victory. Trinity Springs wins 23-19. Zach Sanders was player of the game with 10 points.

The B teams were up next and Trinity Springs came firing out of the gate, taking a 24-14 lead into halftime. However your North Cougars made some great halftime adjustments out scoring Trinity Springs 33-17 to secure a 47-41 victory. Max Gruwer gets player of the game with 16 points and great defense.

The A teams were up next, Trinity Springs came out the gate firing and could not miss. However, North had trouble finding a basket. Your Cougars continued to battle but were never able to make a full come back after a slow first quarter. While the Cougars came up with a 53-29 loss they never stopped battling.
